All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

We currently ship to eligible locations within the United States.
If your location is not supported at checkout, shipping may not be available to your address at this time.

3. Shipping Rates

Avermate is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Customs or regulatory delays (if applicable)

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Avermate is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
